Lutebulb

Lutebulb is an album of highly inventive, polystylistic avant-prog by Austrian-based trio, Blueblut. Blueblut's highly unusual line-up brings together three musicians acclaimed for exceptional contributions to their respective spheres in experimental jazz, electronica and rock: American theremin player Pamelia Stickney (who has performed and recorded with many artists including David Byrne, Yoko Ono, David Garland and Seb Rochford), Chris Janka (guitar, loops, samples) who is head of the experimental sound lab at the University of Art and Design in Linz, and drummer Mark Holub (of Mercury Music Prize-nominated Led Bib). Lutebulb is the band's fifth album release - a culmination of the trio's past decade of collaboration
