Planet Shiver's Philtre, who has worked with Epik High, Dynamic Duo and Tablo, serves as composer on the album. The 15-track album includes the Moombahton trap-style title number "Blood Sweat & Tears," the intro track Boy Meets Evil, Begin and Lie.
