San Diego, Californias BENT BLUE began as a band intenton referencing early hardcore punk with an emphasis on fast,melodic riffs and an overt social consciousness. Over time, theFour-piece has honed their sound and injected a healthy level of introspection into their lyricism. Their Indecision Records debut and first full-length, So Much Seething, sees the band oscillate between straightforward hardcore and a post-hardcore sound. Less fast punk, but more bounce. Heavier in hooks and more introspective than ever, BENT BLUE set out to write an eclectic hardcore record made for listening from start to finish.
