Woodwalkers is based on the popular, thrilling book series by Katja Brandis about misfits who are half human, half animal. At first glance, Carag seems like a normal boy, but he has a secret. Carag can shapeshift. He grew up as a puma in the mountains and finds life in the human world difficult. Only when Carag is accepted into Clearwater High, a secret school for so-called Woodwalkers like him, does he feel at home. At school, he meets Holly, a cheeky red squirrel, and Brandon, a shy bison. The three transformers quickly become friends, and Carag could use some friends, because a pack of wolf Woodwalkers isn't thrilled about a puma in their school.
