Heading into 2024, Belgian metallers Thorium are back with their third full-length release Extraordinary Journeys, pt.I- the first chapter of a two-part album that sees the group tackling classic adventure stories, and explores the notions of exploration, discovery, and extraordinary journeys in general. Let us take you on a trip along literary classics, chapters of history, and strange and exciting locales in time and in space.Influenced by and incorporating elements of all the classic styles of Metal from the past four decades, Thoriums members set themselves no boundaries and seek to deliver music that is heavy, melodic, virtuosic, catchy and conceptual.
