Ex-huurmoordenaar Jimmy “The Tulip” heeft zijn eigen dood in scène gezet en leeft nu met zijn vrouw Jill in een bungalow aan de Mexicaanse kust. Hun luie, gelukkige leventje wordt verstoord wanneer hun voormalige buurman, de nerveuze tandarts Oz, ineens op de stoep staat met slecht nieuws. Zijn vrouw Cynthia is ontvoerd door de Hongaarse maffia. Jimmy en Jill schieten te hulp maar al gauw ontdekken ze dat er meer aan de hand is.
