Pistachio Disguisey (Dana Carvey) komt uit een familie van ‘Meesters der Vermommingen’, alleen weet hij dat niet! Als hij ontdekt dat zijn vader is gekidnapped door aartsvijand Davlin Bowman moet hij op zoek naar de kracht van “Energico” in zichzelf.
