Buurman en Buurman is een kindertekenfilm over 2 buurmannen die voor alle problemen een leuke oplossing hebben, waarbij er veel mis gaat. Er zijn in totaal 78 afleveringen gemaakt vanaf 1976 tot 2004. In Nederland heten ze Buurman en Buurman in de videos, maar in andere landen veelal Pat a Mat. Ze roepen vaak 'A je to!', wat 'Dat is het!' betekent. Hierbij gebruiken ze dan een speciaal armgebaar dat in elk filmpje voorkomt.
