Battle for Saipan

On July 7, 1944, an American army hospital on the remote island of Saipan is overrun by Japanese troops during a brutal attack. Despite being outgunned and surrounded, surgeon Vic Webber must evacuate the building full of wounded Americans while defending themselves against enemy soldiers. When ammunition runs low, Webber and the others attempt to escape through an active minefield to avoid capture and certain death.
