Directions For optimal oral cleaning and care, use the electric toothbrush as follows: moisten the brush head, add toothpaste, gently perform circular or back and forth motions on all surfaces of the teeth, clean the tongue and mouth ceiling and brush for about two minutes, twice a day. Use Sensitiv+ mode for a particularly gentle cleaning and replace the brush head every three months.
