Fondo Flamenco - Maquetas 2005, Maqueta 2005

The appearance of the flamingo background was as mysterious as its walk. In 2005 they appeared on the Internet and the Top Manta with a model that arrived without promotion in all corners of Spain and many regions of Latin America. This previously unpublished record was a great success that led the group to sign with a small record company in Seville, with which they have published 4 records in 6 years, until 2012. In 2013, announcing his last tour, farewell. Since then, they had not spoken out and it seems that everything was going to stay there. Over the years, it has been seen that his songs are determined to remain in the consciousness of those who have lived it and even to pass on generations, since without any promotion any flamenco background, he still has 600 K static monthly listeners on Spotify. As to la, Antónim and Rafa Ruda, are the three components of the group, who continue to work together separately on their solo projects on which they have continued to collaborate with each other, both in production, composition, and on some of their records. Today 2020, 15 years after their first appearance, between pandemic and disconcert, they gather to take out of the trunk all the memories that have remained guarded, finally edit the famous mockup with the original remastered audio that has never reached the stores, clear the mystery of its dissolution, and prepare an audiovisual work with a lot of unpublished material. Start this hard new; with the intention of paying tribute to the songs and the audience, by announcing a video clip that will illustrate the first version of "my white star" which is already a flamenco pop classic with over 100m of listening between the different digital platforms. And as if it were an impossible gift, this new model published will contain a song that carries the essence of the Flemish background of 15 years ago, "Il me lack des mots ", a production that remains at the doors of the first record "against the current" (2007). This is what you have prepared for the coming months, where without resurrecting the band or giving up their solo career, they intend to reward their audience for so much affection for a decade and a half.
