La extraña pasajera BD-R (1942) - Now, Voyager

Argumento: Charlotte Vale (Bette Davis), una mujer de mediana edad que pertenece a una familia acomodada de Boston, vive reprimida y totalmente controlada por su dominante e insensible madre (Cooper). Gracias a la ayuda de un amable psiquiatra (Rains), Charlotte consigue recuperar la autoestima y superar sus miedos. Además, se vuelve mucho más extrovertida y empieza a sentirse incluso atractiva. Dispuesta a disfrutar de su nueva vida, hace un crucero por América del Sur y en el barco conocerá a un apuesto arquitecto (Heinrid) infelizmente casado.
