DIEAWAY is an alternative / stoner rock band from Madrid (Spain) with lyrics in English formed by 4 members with a wide experience in the local music scene. Their style of music can be defined by a merge of influences with bands from Soundgarden, Pearl Jam, Tool, porcupine tree to Black Sabbath or Led zeppelin. Dieaway songs are mainly complex compositions based on a simple guitar riff. After more than 15 years rehearsing and playing live their songs, the band claims to stand out. DIEAWAY Project started in 1992. The forming members were David and Juan Carlos (wich are still in the band). In their first years, the band had some changes but since 1998 they have found a stable ensemble that has allowed to develop Dieaway´s unique sound modifyind existing songs and creating new ones with the aim to consolidate the sound identity of the band. Some of the venues the band has playd: Gruta77, Sala Live, Fanatic (Sevilla), Imagina (Cádiz), Festival del oeste (Cáceres), Arena/Heineken (Madrid), Silikona, Metropolis, Honky tonk, Moon (Santiago), La boca del lobo (Madrid), Mardigras (A Coruña) .
