This album contains original music and arrangements from the trumpetist from Barcelona Pol Omedes. His strong influence from pioneers like Blue Mitchell, Kenny Dorham and Roy Hargrove is now completed by the Afro Caribbean element. It is well carried by the percussion of Xoan Sánchez, teaming with Xavi Torresr and Giuseppe Campisi and the drummer Joan Casares. To add more flavor to all of this mixture we have the strong voice of Pau Vidal playing tenor saxophone and flute.
