Kiw's first album brings us seven slow-cooked e-jazz songs that move between improvisation, reflection and passion. KiwKiwKiwKiwKiw: the onomatopoeia of your favorite jazz, e-jazz, a genre that fuses jazz, funk and hip-hop with electronic music. The artistic references of the trio are wide and varied. From the urban art of Banksy, through Jean-Michel Basquiat, to musical references such as Dijon, Kendrick Lamar, CodyLee, Childish Gambino, Samm Henshaw, Hit-Boy x The Alchemist, I+R or Brad Mehldau. But most of all, Triphasic and Snarky Puppy.
