Microguagua è una band italoargentina con sede a Barcellona, nata dall’incontro di artisti con cultura, lingua e background musicale molto diversi. In 7 anni di vita la band ha messo in cantiere 3 ottimi studio album, ma ha anche saputo farsi conoscere in Europa e nel mondo grazie alla prorompente attività live: ha vinto 3 volte lo Strassen Musik Festival di Ludwigsburg, ha ottenuto il secondo posto al Ferrara Busker Festival e ha suonato quasi 400 volte in giro tra Spagna, Francia, Italia, Svizzera, Germania e Argentina. “Grandhotel Cosmopolis” è il disco che più di tutti rappresenta il multiculturalismo e l’incredibile estro creativo della band, con sonorità power reggae accompagnate da fiati, elementi ska e ritmiche funk.
