Mara Galassi/Flora Papadopoulos: Davidsharfen

Mara Galassi und ihre Kollegin Flora Papadopoulos stellen mit ihren Harfenduetten bisher unbekanntes deutsches Repertoire aus verschiedenen deutschen handschriftlichen Sammlungen vor, das sie auf fünf unterschiedlichen Harfentypen dieser Zeit interpretieren. Zu hören sind außerdem auch Werke von Silvius Leopold Weiss, dessen Lautenduos für zwei Harfen bearbeitet wurden. Die CD gipfelt in einer Transkription von Bachs berühmtem Italienischen Konzert BWV 971, welches die beiden im Stile der oben erwähnten Harfenmanuskripte und Lautenduette für sich eingerichtet haben.
