Entre Amigos / Contrastes Flamencos

Enrique Montoya is een van de grote flamencozangers en was in zijn tijd (hij overleed in 1993) zeer populair in Spanje. In deze boxset zijn twee cds bijeengebracht: Entre Amigos waarbij Montoyo zelf zingt en gitaar speelt, met o.a. zijn grote hits Seorita en Esperanza. Op Contrastas Flamencos wordt hij begeleid door een zeer jonge Paco de Lucia, die subtiel en elegant speelt. Montoya zingt hier o.a. gedichten van Garcia Lorca en Machado.
