This box includes the recording on CD of two ensaladas (polyphonic musical pieces combining a variety of elements, as in a musical salad) by Mateo Flecha (La Justa and La Viuda) and another two by Bartolomé Cárceres (La Trulla and La Negrina). It also includes a DVD with a live concert at the Church of the Patriarch (considered the Valencian Sistine Chapel) and a video clip recorded at the Lonja de la Seda (a market) in Valencia, together with an exclusive text by Ferrán Adrià on rhythm in music and in haute cuisine.
