Pio è un ragazzo dal carattere debole, al quale il defunto papà Salvatore, ricco costruttore, ha imposto le sue scelte. Sposato con due figli vive nel castello dei suoi suoceri. Adesso vogliono pure farlo diventare sindaco, perché, visto che è debole, possono manovrarlo facilmente.
