Extensive testing was conducted for these premium rotors. FEM analysis (Finite Element method) was used to create the most efficiently shaped rotor which in terms, minimises weight and ensures maximum braking performance. The road tests took place for over a year with professional riders in all weather conditions, passing all of them with ease.

The most extreme laboratory test saw the rotor pass 500 degrees in temperature before any signs of deformation were noted
