DIRECTIONS
Instructions for using the heat pad: to heat the pillow, remove the cover, place the pillow in the microwave with rotating plate along with half a cup of water, make sure the seeds in the pillow are evenly distributed; Heat for 60 seconds at 500W-700W or 45 seconds at 800W-1000W. If the product is not hot enough, heat it at intervals of 10 seconds. Place the pillow in the cushion cover and wait 30 seconds before use. To cool the pillow, put it in the fridge for as long as necessary. Place the pillow on the area of interest when it has cooled. Follow the safety instructions in the instructions for use.
