Enzo Pietropaoli was born in Genova september 29 1955.In 1961 he moved to Rome and debuts professionally in 1975 with "Trio Di Roma" (Danilo Rea and Roberto Gatto). He has performed and recorded with many significant musicians, such as Chet Baker, Art Farmer, Kenny Wheeler, Lee Konitz, Gabriele Mirabassi, Archie Shepp, Phil Woods, Mark Turner, Curtis Fuller, Jimmy Knepper, Dino Piana, Toots Thielemans, Richard Galliano, Enrico Pieranunzi, John Scofield, Ginger Baker, Han Bennink, Kenny Clarke, Billy Cobham, Gianmaria Testa and many others.
