Anfang 2012 von PIETRO OLIVERI zunächst als Soloprojekt begonnen, kletterte bereits der erste unter dem Namen PUBLIC DOMAIN RESOURCE veröffentlichte Track 'Under The Ground' bis auf Platz 3 der Industrial Music Charts auf Soundclick.com und kurze Zeit später 'Nemesis - The Third Day' sogar bis auf den zweiten Rang (diesmal in den IDM Charts von Soundclick.com) - übertroffen noch von 'The Hang', das es bis an die Spitze der Genre- Hitliste schaffte. Kein schlechter Start für den Italiener, der mit Sänger UGO CRESCINI einen alten musikalischen Weggefährten als Verstärkung an Bord holte. Alle drei Chartsstürmer sind natürlich auf dem Debüt 'Dead Surface', dazu noch neun weitere Synthpop- / Electro-Knaller sowie drei Remixe durch u.a. TOURDEFORCE und RETROGRAMME, deren ROB EARLY das abwechslungsreiche Album auch produziert und gemastert hat.
