sentimental comedy with fins, in which the sea and the land are involved in the oldest battle in the world, the one between the sexes. In the marine world, in the matriarchal society of the Sirens, the newts responsible for reproduction are almost extinct. When the last male specimen of the species mysteriously disappears on land, his beautiful betrothed Yara, together with her mother and two sisters, leaves the sea determined to find him and give a future to their species. But not everything goes well, because the Sirens, endowed with powers capable of enchanting the earthlings, once landed in Naples will in turn be unexpectedly conquered by that human race that they consider so imperfect, but which is animated by strong passions and knows love.
