Soft Shell fabric is used in the front, sleeves, and side panels of the jacket offering warmth, protection from the wind and light rain, as well as greater freedom of movement than you would expect from hard shell jackets. The rest of the jacket is in a brushed polyester that is warm while breathable. 3 rear pockets provide storage for supplies, while 2 mesh pockets on the side panels put essentials within easy reach – perfect for when wearing thick winter gloves.
