* USB (Ultra Smooth Bearings) are Hybrid Ceramic bearings for use with all Ultra-Torque cups.
* Steel, for use with all Ultra-Torque cups.

Please note: You can upgrade your Ultra-Torque bottom bracket to either Hybrid Ceramic option.
