L'ultimo Pulcinella, ispirato ad un soggetto inedito di Roberto Rossellini, è una storia ambientata fra la Napoli d'oggi e la Parigi delle banlieues. Parla del rapporto, pieno di conflitti, tra un ragazzo napoletano che cerca nuovi stimoli creativi lontano dalla sua città, e di un padre, artista di strada, che guadagna con fatica la vita cantando e recitando nelle piazze di Napoli "le storie di Pulcinella".
