Beat Records is pleased to release for the first time on CD a triptych of sexy comedies set to music by the great Detto Mariano from the films VIVA LA FOCA directed by Nando Cicero in 1982, CORNETTI ALLA CREMA directed in 1981 by Sergio Martino, LA MOGLIE IN VACANZA L'AMANTE IN CITTA'directed in 1980 by Sergio Martino. This CD represents the official release on the market of CORNETTI ALLA CREMA and LA MOGLIE IN VACANZA. L'AMANTE IN CITTA' which had been issued as library on promotional CDs and for the first time ever VIVA LA FOCA. Detto Mariano's great talent is evident in these monothematic OSTs with many pleasant variations of the main theme. VIVA LA FOCA also contains the song "Il gioco degli amori" performed by the well-known Gruppo Clown choir. We used the stereo mastertapes of the original recording sessions which allowed us to assemble a CD lasting 63:35. Another CD that wants to pay homage to the Musical Art of the unforgettable Maestro Detto Mariano.
