Hall (Al Pacino), presidente della Meridian Mortgage Company e prende in ostaggio il figlio Richard (Dacre Montgomery). Tony gli punta alla testa un fucile a canne mozze con una particolarità, collegato al grilletto c’è un dispositivo che, stretto al collo come un cappio, se sfiorato, ucciderà all’istante l’ostaggio.
