Zephyr una giovane ed esperta surfista, viene rapita da un serial killer ossessionato dagli squali che la tiene in ostaggio sulla sua barca con l’intenzione di torturarla e di darla in pasto ad uno di questi predatori in una sorta di rito filmato. L’unico a rendersi conto della sua scomparsa sembra essere Moses il ragazzo con cui ha iniziato ad uscire da poco che decide di mettersi sulle sue tracce.
