Sissi ha varcato la soglia della mezza età. La contessa Irma la raggiunge in Grecia, in una comune aristocratica composta di sole donne, un universo distante anni luce dalla fredda etichetta della corte austro-ungarica. Sissi vive in assoluta libertà, lontana dai figli e dal marito, il kaiser Francesco Giuseppe. L’unica cosa che conta è che nessuno debba mai annoiarsi e che sia l’imperatrice stessa a decidere le regole del gioco.
