La giovane Sally sta guardando un horror in tv, quando i demoni saltano fuori dallo schermo e la infettano. Alla festicciola per il suo compleanno, Sally si tramuta in mostro sanguinario che riduce a suoi consimili gli invitati. Un black-out nel palazzo peggiora la situazione della varia umanità di inquilini che dovrà lottare per sottrarsi alle grinfie degli appestati.
