Lo Strangolatore Di Boston

La città di Boston è terrorizzata da un maniaco sessuale che strangola in prevalenza donne anziane e sole. Su mandato del procuratore generale, John Bottomly assume la direzione delle indagini, che, però, non approdano a nulla. In seguito a una mossa falsa, finalmente il presunto assassino finisce nelle mani della polizia, che pur non avendo prove certe, ha ragione di ritenerlo responsabile dei delitti. Si scopre che l’uomo, Albert De Salvo, soffre di sdoppiamento della personalità ed è convinto di essere innocente, perché non si ricorda di quello che ha fatto.
