- Brooks handles are made from the same high quality skins used for saddles. Leather slices are cut into the falls, stacked and connected by stainless steel spokes. These features make the handles strong, strong and durable. The spokes allow for adjustment of the length of the handles. The standard length is 130mm, but the handles come with 80mm spokes, making them versatile. These 80 mm spokes are especially useful for a bicycle with a "twist handle" gear shift.
