E fuori nevica! è una commedia comica che tratta della convivenza forzata di tre fratelli: Enzo, Cico, Stefano. Il protagonista, Cico, è un malato di mente vero, non una macchietta. Un osservatore superficiale potrebbe pensare che Cico è un povero demente: incapace di provvedere a se stesso, completamente staccato dalla realtà.invece è un acuto osservatore della realtà che lo circonda, un geniale risolutore di situazioni difficili, un divertente ed ironico sbeffeggiatore della retorica e della ipocrisia umane, insomma un "eroe diverso".
