L'album “emisfero australe”, è stato realizzato sotto la guida del producer e fonico americano Justin bennett, sia con la band torakiki. Nel disco coesistono l'amore per l'Idm nordica e il cantautorato italiano, in un equilibrio sottile e labile dal quale vengono risparmiati elementi prettamente derivativi o citazionisti. Gli undici brani contenuti nell'album, che attraversano un'atmosfera notturna ed elettrica, sono stati scritti e arrangiati direttamente sugli strumenti del set usato dal vivo (drum machine, synth, chitarra) e registrati nel proprio Home studio a brevissima distanza dalla loro composizione, spesso nel giro di poche ore, così da imprimerne l'immediatezza e lo slancio creativo che le ha portate alla luce.
