In una scuola superiore di un quartiere malfamato uno studente di colore viene ucciso brutalmente. Quando il detective McClure inizia ad indagare sul caso scopre che all'interno della scuola e' scoppiata una lotta sanguinaria tra due gang rivali per il monopolio del territorio. Alcuni malavitosi finiscono nella lista dei principali sospetti ma nessuno vuole testimoniare contro di loro. Con il passare dei giorni la guerra si fa sempre pi violenta e pericolosa e a nessuno e' permesso intromettersi.-
