FLR Defender Boot. Eliminate the cold and keep your feet warm and dry in the Defender; specifically designed to provide a high level of moisture regulation, wind protection and comfort, to keep you riding through any extreme weather.

The Defender will protect your feet from cold and wet conditions, thanks to FLR's seam sealed DryS-Tex water resistant membrane and strong coated Cordura upper. A neoprene ankle cover keeps the mud and water out. The interior is lined with warm fleece and EcoStar insulation for warmth and heat retention.

The M250 outsole is equipped with anti-slip lugs and optional toe spikes, to provide reliable traction, walking stability and a powerful pedal stroke. The simple lace up system and a large Velcro closure make it easy to use with or without gloves. Reflective detailing helps keep you visible in poor weather conditions.

Each shoe in the FLR production is required to meet the highest quality and performance standards. Each DryS-Tex membrane is individually tested twice in their simulated testing facilitites for water resistance before constructing the rest of the shoe.

Whether you are riding to work on a cold morning or hitting the snowy trails, the Defender will be ready to tackle any extreme weather that may come your way. 

What is an M250 Outsole? 

The M250 Outsole is designed to maximise stability in all weather conditions. The M250 Outsole is made of a reinforced nylon shoe that delivers a more aggressive pedal stroke, and has widely spaced TPU walk pads with removable toe spikes.
