Following Napoleon's strategic success at Ulm, the Battle of Austerlitz is the decisive moment of the clashes that took place during the Third Coalition War. The Battle of Austerlitz took on a mythical dimension for the masterful execution of the battle plan of the Grande Armée, at the peak of its efficiency, which saw as highlights the defense of the villages of Tellnitz and Sokolnitz, where heated clashes were held around the barn and castle and the assault on the Pratzen plateau.
