Designed to balance rapid engagement with the sustained loads produced by the latest high-torque motors; the Ratchet EXP Oversized (EXP OS) system greatly increases the overall size of DT's proven EXP mechanism to offer even greater strength and long term reliability
As a result they are now able offer a 30-tooth system that easily passes Hybrid certification, the fastest engaging hub yet to do so
New, oversized hub shell for maximum stiffness and overall wheel durability
To achieve Hybrid certification, the hub shell and axle have to prove they have over twice the fatigue life of standard components in DT's in-house torture lab
CNC'd steel freehub bodies for ultimate reliability under high-torque
Oversized custom bearings, and improved contact-free double flange sealing
