Caran d'Ache draws on a priceless heritage of technical expertise to preserve the art of handwriting. The company’s writing instruments, globally recognised for their excellence, are entirely produced in Geneva. The Ecridor Collection has long been unmistakeable emblems of the Caran d’Ache expertise. The collection is constantly evolving, offering its hexagonal body to the talents of the master engravers who are always looking to develop new guillochage design. A simple design based on a hexagonal body made of brass with silver-plated, rhodium coated finish. True to its name the Ecridor Retro guilloche is characterized by a lozenge decoration taken from the 1947 mechanical pencils, the first to be produced by the company. The Ecridor Retro mechanical pencil is equipped with a push button mechanism and flexible clip. Supplied with 0.7 mm Graphite leads and the convenience of the replaceable eraser positioned under the push button will be appreciated, all in a Caran d'Ache luxury gift box.
