Hartwin Dhoore heeft een eigen stijl, een muzikale mix van Europese traditionele muziek, die hij distilleert in unieke composities. Met de bands Trio Dhoore & Estbel toerde hij de voorbije jaren door Europa, Canada en de VS. Hartwins eerste solo-cd Waterman bevat tien sets met fijne melodieÙn van eigen hand, ingespeeld met de nodige fragiliteit en verfijning. De eerlijke en intimistische muziek op deze cd is een reflectie van de symbiose tussen Hartwin en zijn diatonische accordeon. Een `less is more' album.
