Sweet November (2001)

When ruthless businessman Nelson (Keanu Reeves) has a chance encounter with good-natured bohemian Sara (Charlize Theron), it's a meeting which will change his life forever. Sara invites Nelson to live with her for a month, promising to mend his wicked ways and turn him into a good person. Nelson accepts, and spends a very happy November falling under the spell of the kind-hearted Sara; however, he remains unaware that his new love is suffering from a terminal disease.
