This is soul travelling music from the Nordic countries. As the theme of the album is inspired by the journey of migrating birds – Maija Kauhanen and Johannes Geworkian Hellman invite the audience to travel with them through an enchanting musical landscape. As world touring artists and virtuoso players of their traditional instruments the kantele and the hurdy-gurdy – Maija and Johannes are internationally recognized as a forefront force of the modern Nordic Folk music scene.
