Vocaal trio Vanja Modigh brengt hun debuutalbum 'Vocal Tradition' uit. Breekbare, krachtige en oprechte liederen met wortels in verschillende folktradities. Vanja Modigh verkent op nieuwsgierige wijze de mogelijkheden van het stemgeluid met vervlochten harmonieÙn, eigenaardige ornamenten, vernieuwende ritmes, kwarttonen en een sprookjesachtig geluid. 'Vocal Tradition' mengt Zweedse en Scandinavische volksmuziek met Georgische polyfonie, pittige Amerikaanse old time, volksmuziek uit Corsica en zelf gecomponeerde muziek.
