Ensure the Access point is placed in well ventilated place so the wireless range is extend further. If you cant login using IP or domain name of AP, please factory reset the AP first and try again by connecting an ethernet cable from AP to Laptop or Desktop PC. if there is any wireless/LAN port instability of the AP, please make sure the AP is updated to its latest firmware by visiting our official website.
