"Thou Shalt Worship The Rich And Famous - 10+1 commandments of our time". The whole project explores the clash between tradition and modernity. It carries an ironic touch, yet the music remains deeply sincere. The duo met in France in the spring of 2023 and quickly found a shared musical language through improvisations during a concert at the Cit des Arts in Paris and sessions at Maison van Doesburg in Meudon. The music moves fluidly between composed and improvised elements and does not shy away from humor. After all, how else could one respond to the absurdities of 2025?
