In a Life Machine. Live 1972

Virtuoso solos, unfettered creative freedom, and a completely original style. An international jazz-rock supergroup in previously unreleased live recordings from 1972. Formed in 1969, Association P.C. is a union of musicians from the Netherlands and Germany, signified by drummer Pierre Courboiss last name. Five albums (including four released by the legendary MPS label) gave fusion music a completely different hue from those we were accustomed to from Mahavishnu Orchestra, Return to Forever, or Weather Report. And although two albums from their small discography feature live recordings, the time constraints of vinyl records never allowed us to fully appreciate the skill and creativity that Association P.C. displayed on stage.
