The Ugly Stepsister

A bloody, humorous and exciting twist on Cinderella with her stepsister at the center. When Prince Julian invites her to a ball to find his bride, Elvira is prepared to do anything to become his chosen one. She must try to achieve extreme beauty ideals, seduce the beautiful Cinderella and, not least, make her shoe fit her foot with all the painful means at her disposal. A number of Swedish stars appear in the film, which has become this year's big talk in the new trend genre of body horror after notable screenings at the Sundance Festival and in Berlin.
